Recording artiste Chris Brown appeared in court again with
his defense lawyers on Thursday and prayed the court to grant the stars bail so
he could spend his birthday outside prison. He turns 25 on May 5. The sitting judge, Judge Brandlin
denied them bail and told them that Chris Brown would have to remain in jail
for at least another week unless a resolution on the terms of his probation in
the Rihanna case could be agreed his defense team and prosecutors. The court
scheduled next hearing to May 6.
Chris Brown faces also a misdemeanor assault trial relating
to a fight outside a hotel last year in Washington DC and could spend a further
6 months in jail if found guilty.
